Guardian Angel

I made a tag that I'm going to send to a dear friend of mine and I wanted to share it with you as well. I used an old Gorjuss girl image from when they were made by Sugar Nellie stamps. The stamp is called Guardian Angel and it fits so well with the sentiment by Bildmålarna. It says:

"Friends are angels
that lift us to our feet 
when our wings have trouble
remembering how to fly"

Tag Card

I just love to have some time off from work. Finally I have some time to update my blog. I made another tag card today. I have so much fun making these. 

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:

I distressed the background today as well. I used some Distress inks: Antique Linen, Tea Dye, Vintage Photo and Frayed Burlap together with Mister Huey's Color Mists in Opaque White and Perfect Pearls Mists in Perfect Pearl.The background stamp from You Do is stamped with Pumice Stone and the text stamps are stamped with some black ink from Memories. I used an old Gorgeous Girl stamp that I had for a while, called Untamed.
