Reminder January Challenge Simply Magnolia

Just a reminder of the 

challenge over at Simply Magnolia. We are now halfway through that challenge so please come and join us. :)

You can make whatever you like as long as your card/creation has Magnolia products on it.

I have used an oldie today for my card. She is called Little Ballerina and she is from the Summer & Sun/Rain Collection from 2006 by Magnolia. I coloured her with Distress Inks. I have used a post stamp die and embellished the card with flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and some pink pearls. I have really challenged myself with this card. I find it difficult to make cards that are monochrome and cards that have the colour pink on it but I think it turned out ok.

January Challenge Simply Magnolia

We're back with another challenge over at Simply Magnolia.

I have used Best Tea-cher Ever Art Stamp Sheet from the Live Laugh Love Collection from 2019 by Magnolia. I decided to go for a grey monochrome theme for my card. I coloured Tilda with Distress Inks in the coloured Hickory Smoke and Black Soot. The patterned papers are by Gummiapan. I have inked the edges with Hickory Smoke Distress Ink. The flowers are from Scrapdraken and Wild Orchid Crafts.

Challenge #16 Simply Magnolia

We're back with another challenge over at Simply Magnolia. 

The theme for this month is:

Anything Goes/Monochrome

You can make whatever you like as long as your card/creation has Magnolia products on it.

I've made a lollipop card today. It was the first time I've tried it and I really enjoyed making it. I went for a grey scale card today with a little bit of black and white snuck in here and there and I'm really please with how it turned out. The stamp that I have used is called Tilda with Love Potion and is from the With Love collection from 2013. Look at her gorgeous hair! :) I coloured her with Distress Inks in the colours Hickory Smoke and Black Soot. The patterned papers are by Basic Grey and are called Little Black Dress.
