Calendar 2014-2015

I got a new calendar for next semester. Of course I had to make a new cover for it. :) I bought my first Saturated Canary image and I just had to try it out right away! Love the sentence: "Dude, Pixie dust is for amateurs, I read books. That is where the magic is." :)

I wanted to make it monochromatic so I only used Walnut Stain Distress Ink and Distress Marker and it was really difficult I must tell you. It's been a while since I only coloured with only one colour. I think it turned out al right though. I used the lovely papers from the Botanical Tea Collection by Graphic 45 once again. I'm just so in love with this collection. :)

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:

- Deep Ocean Challenge Blog, challenge # 79: Inspired by a Song (Wonderful world by Sam Cooke. Why you wonder? Well I work as a teacher and Pixie Nerd is standing on school books.)
- Kort o Mania, utfordring # 109: Alt går
- Stampin' for the Weekend: Anything Goes
